OK. I am busted. i was listening to this episode while I was reading my grad school textbook...I appreciated the comment about how when we are in alignment things around you can fall into alignment - I hope to model this around my family more consistently.

hammering in that multi-tasking is a pschological fiction: even your sensory inputs are one at a time. (eg. when your watching TV, the brain does not take in what you see on TV simultaniously with what you hear). Because the brain is spinning rappidly between the senses (going from sight to sound in a split sec.) we think that we are hearing and seeing at the same time... but ofcourse it not the case. For those that are computer junkies, its a differece between a dual processor vs. a regular string processor.

    I love mangoes!!!

I've noticed that when I have feelings of overwhelm they are only happening when I am stuck in my head, rather than actually doing something. There is no room for the feeling of overwhelm when I am imersed in activity.

    Thanks for sharing, Dhrumil.

    Lots of love to you,

    Wendi
    XOXOXO

Yup, it's all about getting outside your head and doing something. Movement helps you get in the flow.
